There is nothing left of this factory except part of the walls. The building was of stone. 

6. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: 

The history of Prince William County, Virginia states that the building was 
there in 1836. 
Exact date is not known. 
The building was burned during the Civil War. 
It was the first Cotton factory in the State of Virginia. 
Mr. Lynn of Accoquan has papers dating back to 1805.
