In the village of Occoquan, Virginia, on the East side of Route #9. 

3. DATE: 

1759. 

4. OWNERS: 

A man by the name of Elljcott first owned this property, he sold to Jenny 
of Accoquan, Jenny opperated it until it was burned in 1924. The Accoquan 
Company is present owners. Some people from New York. They gave 
Jenny $15,000 for the water front. 

5. DESCRIPTION: 

This old mill was a stone building. 

6. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: 

Before it was burned it furnished light for the town of Accoquan. They seemed to think the generator was the cause of the fire.
